Mr. Li has been deeply passionate about music and audio since childhood. In his younger years, he built his own amplifiers and LP turntables by hand. Remarkably, many of these hand-crafted devices still function reliably even after 30 to 40 years.

Upon realizing the significant impact cables have on sound, he delved into studying the techniques and materials of handmade cables. Driven by his love for music and a growing collection of equipment, he needed many cables and had no choice but to craft them himself. Through continuous experimentation and sharing with fellow music lovers, the outstanding performance of his handmade cables gradually gained wide recognition and high praise from audiophile communities.

What Are MPSOURCE’s Core Technologies? What Benefits Do They Offer?

1. Unified Directionality

Standard wire manufacturers typically twist conductors back and forth around an axis, resulting in opposing crystalline directions. While this increases production efficiency, it also creates conflicting electrical paths. MPSOURCE requires all conductors to have uniform crystalline direction before bundling.

Non-unified directional cables often produce unclear sound at low volume and harsh noise at high volume, along with poor imaging and loose bass. In contrast, unified-direction copper wires allow clear detail even at low volumes and controlled, dynamic performance at high volumes—resulting in an enjoyable and emotionally satisfying listening experience.

2. Loop

Conductors must follow the direction of signal or current flow. For instance, in AC power, current enters through the live wire and exits through the neutral wire—the directions are opposite. Thus, the twist pattern and conductor crystalline direction must match the signal flow to ensure optimal performance.
